What a lovely space to sit and enjoy the afternoon sunshine… not to mention the relaxing view! This would be perfect for Truckee or Lake Tahoe in the winter. You’d be able to sit inside, with a heat source, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings, while avoiding the freezing cold surroundings.

Currently obsessed with outdoor living spaces, be that a patio, deck, or room transfered to the outside. This is a beautiful example of those outdoor living spaces that are currently such a trendy design element. The asymmetrical linear design of this modern house allows the soft fireplace and wooden trellis to stand out from the rest of the home.

This would be an excellent vacation spot. I’m obsessed with the rectilinear balconies overhanging the pool and patio area, and the angular position of the windows is particularly intriguing. By contrasting the chic white exterior with the soft concrete columns, a smooth, rounded feel is complimenting the otherwise angular house. I’m also drawn to the neutral color pallet, contrasted by the dark landscape backdrop, living tree on the patio, and the radiant aqua blue of the pool.

Beautiful modern home! Excellent patio space, complete with outdoor bed to star gaze. The linear and rectilinear lines of those house lead the eye throughout the indoor and outdoor spaces effortlessly.
